REVY Site, 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont



The REVY (Royal Edward Victualling Yard) site was acquired by 3 joint venture partners (including Barana) in 2003 as part of the Commonwealth Government property disposal program. Since acquisition, two of the three buildings on the site have been leased to a major television network under a long term lease.

The third building will shortly be redeveloped to take advantage of its unique waterfront location , as a residential apartment block.
